How do I get support?

We have created a support system to ensure that we don’t miss your requests. We value our customer’s very much and we are constantly working to be great in our support.

How to upgrade your membership?

To upgrade your Access Academy or add on a Consultative Coaching Academy membership to your exiting account, please contact memberships team using the following link bit.ly/MembershipsEnquiryGA.

We’ll organise a time to either help you upgrade over the phone or organise a time to meet up with you to do so.

How do I communicate with our golf consulting team?

Our coaches are here to help you improve in golf. If you have any golf specific questions, please reach out to our golf consultants using our Golf Improvement App. You should have been provided access to this during your first consult with our coaching team.

How do I reschedule my appointments?

For all requests to reschedule Consultative Coaching times please use your Gymmaster App to reschedule. You simply go into your Cancel Exist > Menu > Golf Lab Schedule > Rebook.

For Junior classes to be reschedule, please reach out by creating a ticked using the form below. The memberships team will have to transfer your child’s membership to the appropriate day. This change will be a permanent change.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process this.

Holds?

To put a hold on your account, you can do so by accessing your GymMaster App. Under Menu > Memberships > Add Hold.

Then apply the date ranges you require and your account will be put on hold. For holds lasting more than 8 week please send through a ticket using the form below.

Cancellations?

It’s a shame to hear that you want to cancel. We understand that circumstances change. For us to process a cancellation, we will need to calculate and get confirmation of you. Please remember we will not be able to guarantee the same price point in the future and a new joining fee is required.
